After years of loving and meticulous work, Castle Lodge is nearing the point when we can finally open our doors and welcome everyone in!
The building now features 7 fabulous self-contained hotel suites on the upper floors and work is ongoing on the ground floor which will feature a restaurant, bar and snug.
The eagle-eyed may have spotted the notice now on display outside Castle Lodge applying for our premises licence allowing us to sell alcohol.
We’d like to reassure residents and our neighbours that this isn’t going to be a rowdy establishment and we will do our utmost to minimise late night noise.
We’ve applied for slightly extended opening hours so that we can host occasional events and private functions that sometimes may require a later closing time.
But day to day we expect to be open in line with similar businesses in the town.
